I had a very unsettling experience during my stay. The room I was assigned had an overwhelming odor of smoke that was unbearable, making it hard to relax. Despite requesting a room change, I was told that none were available, leaving me stuck in an uncomfortable situation.

The warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff was genuinely helpful, making navigating the hotel easy for my senior needs. I particularly appreciated the accessible features throughout the property.

I had a great time with my friends at this hotel! We visited a local race track, which was so much fun, and also caught a Harlem Globetrotters show nearby. The hotel was a perfect spot for our adventures, being minutes away from all the excitement. Everything was just what we needed for our group getaway!

One downside was the room switch we had to deal with upon arrival. we ran into a few maintenance issues with the door lock that needed attention.

The front desk staff members were accommodating, especially Mr Patel, who tried to assist us throughout our stay. The breakfast staff worked diligently to keep the area running smoothly, which made our mornings a bit brighter. Additionally, I found the mattresses in our room were incredibly comfortable, providing good rest each night. We enjoyed the close proximity to local dining options, offering convenient choices during our stay.

The room had a nice king bed, shower, and a fridge. There was a TV with cable channels and a microwave for convenience. Enjoyed the free breakfast with lots of options, and the fitness center was a good way to unwind. Plus, the indoor pool was a hit with the kids.

The parking lot feels cramped, especially during busy events when multiple buses take up most of the spaces, which can make returning to the hotel a hassle. Unfortunately, the room was not thoroughly cleaned before my stay—there was leftover trash from previous guests that shouldn't have been there.
